FATHEAD blows out the lights at BOTR @ The Cove

2X Juno Award and multiple Maple Blues Award winners FATHEAD came up from Toronto/Havelock/London to play BLUES ON THE RIDEAU at THE COVE INN, Westport this past weekend and delivered two great shows. It’s their 20th Anniversary this year and they showed why they are one of the best loved and most decorated bands in the country. Their wonderful blend of blues/funk/soul and R&B really is a unique, special recipe. May they continue for another 20 years+.

BOTR @ The Cove takes a break over Christmas but is back January 18th with the phenomenal young (19 years old!)  guitarist/singer/songwriter CONOR GAINS & his band from Cambridge, Ontario. Conor is up for the Maple Blues Award for Best New Artist Of The Year this year. Come and find out why.

 

 

 Al Lerman – harp, sax & vocals, Bucky Berger – drums & vocals, John Mays – lead vocals, Teddy Leonard – guitar, Omar Tunnoch – bass & vocals.

 

 Terry Cowan The Cove and James Doran, Choose The Blues Productions with a cheque for charity. $250 was raised for the Friends Of Foley Mountain and another $250 for the Westport Food Bank from these Shows.

 

Multi-talented Manager, Server, Bartender and musician Seamus Cowan joined the band for a couple of songs
