The ACOUSTIC BLUE SUNDAY Summer Series at THE COVE INN, Westport continues. A consummate singer, songwriter, guitarist and harmonica player with a deep, soulful, powerful voice. Danny was born and raised in Toronto and lived in nearby Milton for decades. Over his 40+ year career he has been nominated for multiple Maple Blues Awards, 2 Junos and 6 of his songs have been honoured in the International Songwriting Competition. He recently moved to Austin Texas where he’s been incredibly well received – including a performance on the famed Austin City Limits show. He calls his unique blend of Blues “Texassippi Hill Country Soul with a little bit of Gospel thrown in” which is as good a description as any. Danny’s music reaches out and touches your soul. He’s like nobody you have ever seen before and once you do you’ll never forget him.
