The Cove present Norman Hardie Winemaker’s Dinner on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 from 6-9pm.
Enjoy a delicious 5 course meal with wine pairings from world renowned winemaker Norman Hardie. Norman Hardie will be returning to The Cove for another evening featuring his wines and our inspired food. He has been featured in some of the great restaurants of the world, received positive reviews by Matt Kramer of Wine Spectator, Steven Tanzer and Jancis Robinson. He studied at the University of Dijon in Burgundy, France, was sommelier at Four Seasons for 8 years, he apprenticed 12 vintages of vineyards in Oregon, Burgundy, South Africa, California and New Zealand and has been growing incredible wine in Prince Edward County since 2001!
We will also be featuring some special gems from the County’s own sparkling wine producer, Hinterland.
